EN54-21 compliant GSM communicator capable of full integration with fire alarm panels.

Communicator features:

• Direct RS232/RS485 serial port for connection to supported fire control panels

• Conformity with EN54-21 standard for Fire detection and fire alarm systems. Alarm transmission and fault warning routing equipment

• Transmission of full information about events

• On-board inputs pre-set to transmit fire alarm, fire supervisory or system trouble

• Monitoring of control panel’s power supply

• Communication failure is sent to control panel’s indicators

• Remote configuration, control and update from ARC

• Support for two alternative communication modes:

  • DTMF via GSM voice channel

  • GPRS data channel for high-speed, reliable and low-cost communication

• Dual path technology (backup IP address and/or communication channel)

• PING connection test every 30 to 1800 seconds

• SMS messages to users with information about events

• Module can be factory locked to one security company
